Summary: The room was so clean. We enjoyed are visit. The only thing that was wrong besides our door sticking really bad. The elevator made something noises which was scary. Going to breakfast. The last day was a horrible experience when your breakfast staff accuses us all of stealing her plate. A man who was elderly and blind Accidentally grabbed it, and was using to eat off of it. She yelled and screamed and wanted the tape run back so she could find out who took her plate. She then went over and grab the plate from the old man, dumped it out onto a thing and told him and his traveler that they should’ve known better. That was really nasty, I struggle from PTSD and that did not help me at all made me scared and didn’t know what was gonna happen. I think that we were all that was in there that morning. We were very disrespected by this lady. The front Desk staff were so kind and helpful. They were just awesome.

Summary: The beds were clean. There were zero bugs or pests. But the curtain was broken and could not be closed. The chair in the room was heavily stained.

Summary: Average hotel at best. Decent location but the parking lot is a joke. Have like eight spots for entire hotel so we ended up having to park in lot of neighbor hotel. Was informed at check in that the pool was closed for "cleaning". Yet saw nobody in there the day we were there or the day we left. If you advertise a pool on website and don't mention it is closed it should automatically be a 20% discount. I have kids and that is the number one thing I look for when picking a hotel. I would not have stayed here had I known the pool was closed. Breakfast was the best part. Family enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. Rooms looked more run down then pictures showed. Splatters of paint everywhere for some reason. Also had a weird chemical or powder smell in rooms. AC ran non stop and was loud. If you turned it off it got too hot in room. Found a dead roach under furniture in room. Better places to stay but decent if need a hotel under a hundred.

Summary: Great staff and breakfast! I stayed there one night while going to Colorado and coming back. Both times the staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious. My bathroom door wouldn’t close correctly but it’s a minor inconvenience for a good safe place to stay the night. I will be looking for hotels with yall name on my next vacation for sure
